Public Participation Process
- Leading a public participation process to inform the designation of Fröttmaninger Heide as a protected area, Munich, Germany; A collaboration of elmauer institute and PAN GmbH, commissioned by the government of Oberbayern
- Project coordination and facilitation for the development of the Karwendel mountains. The Bergwelt Karwendel is the highest environmental education institution in Germany and won a CIPRA award for exemplary cooperation between nature conservation and tourism.
- Coordination and facilitation of the regional transport concept “Ausserfern-Werdenfels-Seefelder Plateau” on behalf of the EU region of Zugspitze-Wetterstein-Karwendel
- Conception, coordination and evaluation of the two-week event series Ammergauer Hirschtage. In cooperation with VAUNA e.V., sponsored by Tourismus Oberammergau and the German Wildtier Foundation.
